MANUFACTURE’S WARRANTY
Golden Coconut Creations offers a 3 month manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects that may occur in the materials or during workmanship of your sunglasses.
GCC has the right to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. Exclusions to this warranty include any physical damage done to the frames or lenses by the user such as scratched lenses, frames being dropped, smashed, or sat on, or any other damage that occurs from excess force from the user.
ACCIDENTAL BREAK / REPLACEMENT POLICY
We know accidents happen – in the unfortunate event that your sunglasses break, we allow a one time replacement for 50% off retail pricing. Sunglasses that qualify for our replacement policy include, but are not limited to, those that are broken due to being smashed, dropped, or sat on. GCC reserves the right to determine what qualifies under this policy.
RETURNS POLICY
- Purchased product must be returned within 14 days of receipt and shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser.
- Product must be unworn, unmarked and returned in the original condition, inclusive of all original packaging (eg. hangtag, microfibre pouch and case).
- Any product promoted as a “SALE” item cannot be returned.
- We only accept returns or exchanges for purchases made directly from GCC.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGES
Some international order may incur import or customs duty. Any customs or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that some customs/post offices may also charge a handling fee to process the paperwork for clearing customs.
